Handivan

Funded by the R.M. of Pipestone, the Handivan is available to all community members within the Municipalities of Pipestone and the 1/3 of the Municipality of Two Borders.  

Our mandate is to provide safe, accessible, affordable and courteous transportation service. We have qualified drivers and a reliable vehicle that holds 16 passengers and one wheelchair. 

Driver Application forms can be picked up at the R.M. office from 9am-12pm and 1pm-5pm.

2025 Handivan rates:

In Town: $5.00/person

Out of Town: $0.75 cents/km
