Community Development Corporation

With a mandate to foster economic development and growth in the RM of Pipestone , the Community Development Corporation (CDC) is active in many new ventures.

The future of the municipality rests in the hands of the residents, and the RM of Pipestone Community Development Corporation continues to work toward creating opportunity to ensure that future generations continue to have a great place to live, work and raise their families.

The New Municipal Grant Initiatives have been developed by the CDC board. This includes the Residential Grant Policy, the Municipal Lot Sales Policy, and the Business Grant Policy. For more information on these grant policies click here.

The Community Works Loan Pool is one example whereby the Community Development Corporation will assist in the financing of a new, or expansion of an existing business.
